 The Fire Station is the large structure on the right.

The new station houses three (3) Battalion Chiefs (1 for each shift), a four (4) person fire crew, a two (2) person ambulance crew, Engine 22, Med-Act ambulance unit 1149, the Battalion Chiefs' vehicle, the Fire Inspector's vehicle, the Public Education Specialist's vehicle, and a reserve apparatus.  The ambulance and its crew are operated by Johnson County Med-Act.  The fire crew consists of a Captain, an Apparatus Operator, and two (2) firefighters.

Both Station Number 2 and the Administration Building were planned and built to meet all ADA requirements.
